Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.
Q: Will there be a gap between the band finishing and the DJ starting?
A: No. We always arrive at the venue early & setup next to the band so we can start as soon as they finish.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: Currently bookings are being taken for as far away as 36 months, so to avoid disappointment, it is recommended that you book as soon as your function date is confirmed.
Q: Do you have a music catalogue?
A: Yes, we have an online music database where you can select your own playlist.
Q: When and how should I pay?
A: A deposit is required to secure a date (usually 25% of your total booking fee). The balance can then be paid in one of the following ways:
- Cash; on the day at the start of the function.
- Cheque; ten working days prior to the function.
- Pay-pal; five working days prior to the function.
- Bank transfer; five working days prior to the function.
Note: cheque, card & bank transfer payments cannot be accepted on the day of your function.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: Charges are based on the date, times, duration and location of your event. Please Contact Us for an individual, no obligation quote.
Q: Do you provide a written confirmation of our booking?
A: Yes, we will send you a contract with all the booking details.
Q: Do you perform outdoors?
A: Yes. Providing that the event will take place under a suitable marquee or cover and there is an appropriate electricity supply (not a generator).
